Breaker oil pipe connection requirements

Why add nitrogen to the breaker
There are two parts in the breaker that are related to nitrogen. The upper cylinder is responsible for storing low-pressure nitrogen, and the accumulator in the middle cylinder is responsible for making the nitrogen work. The accumulator is filled with nitrogen, and the hydraulic breaker is used to store the remaining energy and the recoil energy of the piston, and release the energy at the same time to increase the impact capacity. Usually, the accumulator is installed when the breaker itself cannot reach the impact energy to increase the impact force of the breaker. Once the amount of nitrogen gas is insufficient, the kinetic energy generated by its compression will also be weakened, and the phenomenon of the broken hammer will be weak. If too much nitrogen is added, the pressure in the accumulator is too high, and the hydraulic oil pressure is not enough to push the cylinder rod upward to compress nitrogen, the accumulator will not be able to store energy, and the breaker will not work. Therefore, if the nitrogen gas increases or decreases, the breaker will not work properly. When adding nitrogen, it is necessary to measure the pressure with a pressure gauge, so that the pressure of the accumulator can be controlled within the normal range, and a little adjustment can be made according to the actual working conditions, which can not only protect the parts, but also achieve good work efficiency.
Breaker Piston Maintenance
1. When using the breaker, it is necessary to avoid the problem of piston aging and oil leakage caused by the increase of temperature. During the construction break, we can make local adjustments, which can ensure the lubrication between the breaker piston and the drill rod. 2. Trial operation is required before crushing. Generally, the temperature is relatively low at the beginning of operation, the clearance of the piston cylinder liner is relatively small, and the low oil temperature does not exert the lubricating effect. Immediately after starting the engine, there will be problems when the engine runs at full load. 3. The breaker cannot be operated in water. Because there is no waterproof design, it will easily enter the sediment and cause certain blockages.
Requirements for the use of hydraulic oil by the breaker
The hydraulic oil with the same viscosity label is also very different. Visco-temperature refers to the change of oil viscosity with temperature rise and fall, usually expressed by viscosity index (VI). The larger the viscosity index is, the viscosity of the working oil will also change with the temperature change, and the leakage in the system will not be too large. The operating conditions of the breaker are generally harsh. During the entire operation period, the system oil temperature changes with the load and ambient temperature, so the viscosity index should be ≥90. Good viscosity-temperature characteristics help reduce cold-start problems. The viscosity index has a great relationship with the grade of the base oil. Some base oils have high viscosity index when no additives are used. Adding a viscosity index improver can improve the viscosity and temperature. properties, but viscosity index improvers may fail under high shear conditions, as the molecules are sheared off.
