1. When using the breaker, it is necessary to avoid the problem of piston aging and oil leakage caused by the increase of temperature. During the construction break, we can make local adjustments, which can ensure the lubrication between the breaker piston and the drill rod.
2. Trial operation is required before crushing. Generally, the temperature is relatively low at the beginning of operation, the clearance of the piston cylinder liner is relatively small, and the low oil temperature does not exert the lubricating effect. Immediately after starting the engine, there will be problems when the engine runs at full load.
3. The breaker cannot be operated in water. Because there is no waterproof design, it will easily enter the sediment and cause certain blockages.
