Oil pressure measurement According to the design pressure parameters, install an oil pressure gauge greater than the design pressure in the corresponding position. For the new excavator with a breaker, it is generally between 200-220, and for the old excavator, it is generally above 230 .
If the oil pressure is too high in actual use, the load on the breaker may also increase, and the oil temperature will also rise. If the oil temperature is too high, the transmission pressure of the hydraulic oil will be insufficient, resulting in equipment failure. If it does not work properly, if it is not solved for a long time, it will damage the breaker accumulator, resulting in air leakage and oil leakage. Once we find that the oil temperature rises too high during use, we should consider replacing the oil cooler of the equipment, or install an auxiliary cooler to achieve our purpose.
